How we can help
We don't get paid unless you get paid
We understand that the clients who need our help the most have no income, or are afraid of losing their job. At CFEL most cases can be handled with a contingency-based contract where you pay nothing upfront.
Whether you are starting your career or nearing retirement, your work is important. You deserve to be treated fairly by your employer, including having an equal opportunity to advance your career, and to be compensated for the work you have done.
Who you are or the struggles you experience outside of work should never be held against you. By law, factors like gender, race, age, religion, disability, and national origin, cannot be held against you by your employer. If you experience harassment or a hostile working environment based on one of these characteristics, your employer is obligated to take corrective action.
We understand the devastating effect of discriminatory employment practices on our clients, and we are committed to helping them get justice.
With over 10 years of experience representing employees of all backgrounds, cultures, classes, and industries across the state of Oklahoma, the Center for Employment Law is committed to helping employees who have been discriminated against, harassed, underpaid, or otherwise treated unfairly by their employers.
